Mental health is our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects the way we think, feels and react to ourselves and others, it affects how we handle stress, relate to others, and make conscious decisions.
Nice to meet you!
My love and passion for helping others is the reason that has put me on this path. I strongly believe and care about the importance of mental and physical health in our daily life.
Thanks to all the education, training, experiences, life challenges, self-developed journey, and growth, I created Mind & Presence with love, excitement, gratitude, motivation and compassion to accompany, guide and support you in your own process and journey, focusing on your individuality and needs. A safe space to express, recognize and regulate your emotions.

I was born in Serbia, grew up in Spain, and moved and connected with myself in Finland, where I currently live.
I was 12 years old when I moved from Serbia to Spain, it was difficult to leave behind all that I loved and know about; my house, hometown, family and friends, but at the same time I am grateful for growing up in a multicultural environment, it opened the doors to new opportunities, cultures, languages, costumes, ways of thinking and living.
Moving from Spain to Finland was another challenging moment in my life. I felt lost, lonely, and overwhelmed. It took me some time to really understand that the process of migration and integration in any country is a very big change in our lives, the roles we had in our so-called home vanish, and the search towards who am I when I have to start from 0 begins.
It’s not easy, and there are many stages of culture shock going through, emotional and mental exhaustion become a new reality. Realizing that was I not feeling okay and that I didn’t have to go through this process alone felt very relieving.
This is how thanks to therapy, self-introspection, and constant work, my exploration journey started. I learned to become aware, understand, integrate and give meaning to my thoughts, emotions, and behavior. It made me feel more connected and present with myself, my self-confidence increased, I become more resilient, and I started to set healthy boundaries and love myself every day for who I am. That doesn’t mean I don’t struggle, I do, but I learned to give different meanings and interpretations about the situations. I learned to become nicer to myself and more compassionate, and that has made a lot of difference. To help you on your journey, I also need to feel well, that’s why I find myself in constant training and personal psychotherapy.
