I created Mind & Presence therapy as a space where you don’t have to prove anything or push yourself to “be okay.”
This is a space to slow down, understand what you’re going through, and learn in a more grounded and compassionate way.

My approach is integrative and somatic, grounded in neuroscience, with a strong focus on the nervous system, attachment patterns, and the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
